Marble side tables. Size, height and stone.

A side table holds a cup, a lamp, a book. In marble, it also holds the room together. Here is how to choose one.

Height.

Level with the sofa arm or a little below. Usually 45 to 60 cm.

Big enough for a cup and a book, small enough not to block the path. Around 35 to 50 cm across.

Coasters for drinks. Wipe spills. Seal once or twice a year.

Roughly level with the arm of the sofa or chair.

Yes. A solid stone plinth works well next to a sofa or bed.
