Marble console tables. Hallway and living room.

A console is a narrow table against a wall. In a hallway or behind a sofa, it is where keys, lamps and objects go.

Depth.

30 to 40 cm for hallways. Leave at least 90 cm of free passage.

Usually 75 to 85 cm. Behind a sofa, match the height of the sofa back.

Stone tops are heavy. Check that the base is stable, or fix the table to the wall.
